2016 #632

No I’m not back just yet. Trying the posting by mobile phone.

The physio treatment has cleared up some issues, but my right leg and knee seem to have stalled. Bending the leg+knee is painful. I can walk okay but slower now. Doing flexibility exercises. Will try some Shiatsu next as in past experience magic happened! Wish me luck! Tho I’ll try not to let it stop me. Arthritis…aarrgghh!! 🤐

In the meantime, have literally been laying down on the job whilst working on images on my phone. Easy. Am getting quite fired up in the creativity dept doing things I never thought possible for me, even tho urges to sketch are lurking in the background! Collages and painting originals and other edits using the current fotos on the phone. Here’s an example:

  1. I was developing an early onset of arthritis in my fingers. Ayurveda was the answer for me. One of the many lifestyle changes I was advised to do, was to eliminate all nightshades in my food; aka tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, spinach, etc. After 3 months, swelling subsided and pain gone. After six months, arthritis completely gone. Wishing you a quick recovery!

    1. Thanks for the tip, much appreciated. Didn’t know spinach was a nightshade! Don’t like eggplant anyway, but love those cherry tomatoes and the occasional potato. I don’t cook anymore so eat out mostly, but usually avoid your list anyway. One if my German relatives, a now-retired apothecary, sent me a list of foods to avoid: All pork products, processed meats, rice, eggs, coffee, sugar in all its forms (guess how difficult that is!), egg-based pasta, and a couple of others I never ate anyway. Does that leave anything to eat…lol! Will check Ayurveda. 👌🙂
