2017 #803


On my recent visit to NGVI, there was a very tall layered sparkly installation in the forecourt. Sparkly things are always difficult to photograph without it looking a mess or simply dull. Jewellery, glassware, chandeliers and so on. I wondered how my Lumia would handle this sculpture. The only light playing through it was ambient and reflected green/grey, the dominant colour scheme of that environment. Processed in AutodeskPixlr. Below is a warmed up version.
