Fraisier is a delicious bit of fluff, filled with fresh strawberries (fraise, that’s French) that tumble out as you cut into it, and a very light vanilla custard with sponge/strawbs wraparound, as you can see. The kiosk seems to specialize in posies of beautiful Australian native flowers. So colourful, so vibrant, they’d bring sunshine into any home or workplace. Here are two versions.
The light after the rain, with the dark clouds still overhead, was eerie yet perfect for photographing bouquet gift balloons and flowers at the small flower kiosk that is only a few feet from the previous two posts (on the south-east corner of Little Collins and Swanston Streets).
